How can ı make reservation

For reservation, you have to fill out and send the Online Reservation Form on our website completely. If your transfer time is less than 24 hours, you can make your reservation by contacting us at +90 532 503 84 65 and obtaining availability information.

How can ı make the payment

You can make your transfer payment with our 3D Secure payment system on my website while making your reservation. If you do not want to pay by credit card, you can pay in cash to our customer representative at the airport or to the captain of the vehicle from which you receive the service. In addition, you can make a payment to our company account by bank transfer or eft system, at the latest one day before the transfer day.

How can ı make the payment?

All our guests whose reservations have been confirmed will be greeted by our airport representative or driver at the exit of the terminal with a sign with your name on it. How can ı cancel ?

You can cancel your reservations up to 12 hours before your transfer time. If you have paid before, your transfer fee will be refunded without any deduction. Reservation cancellations with less than 12 hours are not refunded.

Do your vehicles have child safety seats?

In line with your request, we put 1 child seat on our transfer vehicle free of charge. You must inform your child seat need at the time of booking.

Can I do a reverse translation ?

You can get return transfer service from your hotel, pension, holiday village or summer residence to Antalya airport, Gazipaşa airport, bus station, marina or any point you want to reach. You must confirm your return transfer with our operations department at the latest 1 day in advance by calling, sms (+90 532 503 84 65) or sending an e-mail to info@antalyabluetransfer.com. For your return transfer, you must be present at the agreed time at the pick-up point.
